On 18 November, the Official Gazette published the Royal Decree that establishes the regulations for the application of the framework transfer pricing rules that came into force on 1 January, 2007 (article 16 of the Corporation Tax Law, final text approved by Law 36/2006 on Prevention of Tax Fraud).
